Paul Tudor Jones Getting a New Neighbor?

It looks like Apple is setting up shop in the “U.S. hedge fund capital,” Greenwich, Conn.
AppleInsider noted the technology giant has begun building a retail store in the “classy, pricey destination.”
Like Silicon Valley, Calif., is to technology, Greenwich is to hedge funds, serving as an “industry cluster.”
The town is home to the hedge fund elite. Steven Cohen, Paul Tudor Jones and Edward Lampert call Greenwich home. Sixty-five percent of the commercial space in Greenwich is occupied by hedge fund businesses, The Wall Street Journal said in 2005.
Two Greenwich Plaza, a sought-after address at the heart of the town financial center, has become a hedge fund hotbed, driving up the rent and forcing non-hedge fund businesses to search for office space elsewhere.
The town has a stringent zoning policy aimed at curtailing commercial expansion, but Apple, which Fortune named the most-admired company in America in 2008 and the most-admired in the world in 2009, has clout.
